Eye On Safety, LLC was established in 2019. We created this consulting group with the employer, employee and their families in mind. We strive to ensure everyone goes home to their loved ones safe at the end of the day. At Eye On Safety, "Safety Never Sleeps" is more than a slogan. It is our identity.

Our mission is to provide the highest quality safety consulting services, while advocating for safety through professional groups and societies. We achieve our mission through safety consulting and training services.
Lead Consultant
Shayne began his career in safety in 2007, working for companies like SUMCO and ZF Group. In his roles as Safety Supervisor and Senior HSE Specialist, he gained knowledge and experience of safety in the semiconductor and automotive industries. His approachable personality and his passion for safety propelled him into a leadership role. In this position he discovered his passion for teaching, which led to the creation of Eye On Safety in 2019.
